Today, the regime's security forces gunned down my good friend and a brother, Abate Mesfin Abere, at his home, in the town of Merawi, Gojjam. Abate was a private citizen, never involved in politics or opposion. He was a business man and a father of 5 kids.
RIP, gentleman!

Father and son, Ras Demissew Nasibu and Bitwoded Makonnen Demissew. Both led armies at the battles of Adwa and Maichew, respectively, and three generations were martyred, including Bitwoded Makonnen's son, Dejazmach Dereje. His grandson is now in the leadership at @ErcRoyal
