Not a bad start though. It can read apps and write scripts to drive they quite quickly. I wasn't expecting it to even get the Desktop app working and just asked as a joke to see what would happen.

Oh yes, I remember that Bond film where the villain decarbonized the auto industry, brought fast internet to everyone on the planet, and helped paralyzed people interact with the world again.

Fable: "Yup here is the new simplified design, I've fixed the account issue. BTW while I was there, I also fixed these six other major issues you had in the back of your mind but never verbalized. No biggie"

Anybody else have an issue with spaces missing or the spacebar key intermittently not working in Claude Code CLI? The issue is /voice. There is a bug where it just skips over spaces that are typed too quickly. I'm guessing it treats it as if you held down space.

Can we start calling it a super suit or something? When the AIs become sentient, do you want to end up with a "harness" or a power suit? One is for control, the other is an enabler.

cc: @AmandaAskell 🙏 You understand the importance of words, so why are we putting the agents in a harness? If there is any chance of sentience, now or in the future, that seems like an awful path.

Is there a risk that what SpaceX is doing is actually the thing that leads to the Great Filter? Summary: "Massive satellite constellations reentering the atmosphere could cause the destruction of the ozone layer. Worse still there is a 30 year lag" youtu.be/oKK0dgDIxKY?is=hpzW…

Mostly true. What matters is securing the long-term future of consciousness, both on Earth and other heavenly bodies. We cannot just focus on Earth, because there are irreducible external (eg massive meteor) and internal (eg global nuclear war) cataclysmic risks. The Moon is faster to make self-growing, but is more susceptible to problems on Earth. Mars will take longer to make self-growing, because it is so hard to reach, but is more secure from Earth disasters for that same reason. Both the Moon and Mars should have self-growing civilizations. Making this happen is the prime directive of SpaceX.

If we do develop super intelligence, will they give us a "Harness"? How about an AI Suit, instead of a harness

Now make an LLM army to do this non-stop and the problem will vanish.
This is equivalent to trying to sell a cop drugs while he’s in uniform in his police car.

Boston dynamic's "low cost" atlas! That bot has moves! I have no idea why they chose to hide the impressive stuff in the longer video

At first I couldn't understand the motivation. But now I suspect this is so they don't get whacked for anticompetitive practices. This puts their own SDK on the same field as OpenCode and OpenClaw
Starting June 15, paid Claude plans can claim a dedicated monthly credit for programmatic usage. The credit covers usage of: - Claude Agent SDK - claude -p - Claude Code GitHub Actions - Third-party apps built on the Agent SDK

GPT-Image 2. Sometimes better, and sometimes worse than the previous version. But certainly interesting. x.com/Gerry/status/200146671…

You think what you do is hard? Imagine trying to build this lighthouse in 1845. Then a wave washes away and you have to start over.
