i hooked my whoop to my work calendar to find which coworker gives me the most stress 🚨
thanks to fable, I reverse engineered whoop to pull per minute heart rate. nd matched spikes with cal events and attendees

My twist on the ship of Theseus. Identity isn't preserved by refusing replacement or flexibility. It's preserved through the ability to change without losing structural integrity. The beam that cannot sway is the one that eventually breaks and stops being a beam at all. . The hull doesn't stay the same ship by refusing all damage or all repair. It stays the ship by continuing to carry the load while parts are replaced and while it flexes.
