It's recommended that children with normal radiographs at two years can safely be discharged & those with RAD at 2 years should be followed to identify those few who may need surgical correction at 5 years.

I just saw the @UHC add with a child swimming with a waterproof cast. Oddly the patients with @UHC insurance I care for do not get coverage for waterproof cast padding. It costs extra! We waive extra costs so patients don’t have to pay #orthotwitter@DGlaucomflecken
