Don't pass on the high school kid that fits your culture over a 24-year-old KID disguised as an adult. Could be rough initially with the HS kid, but if you do your homework, it'll pay dividends in the long run.

I see a lot of “we not taking high school kids” struggled this year. It’s ok to develop. Older doesn’t always mean better for what you are trying to do
