When you're the coach and not allowed to show emotion at 14:14 in a stage 3 promotion match with a 10 second stick - best to just turn around and not look. If he makes a noise he gets a warning, if he has no more warnings, he is banned.

Put the coaches in a separate room (like valorant) or let them interact. This middle grey area is ridiculous. Remove the temptation to push the limits of ample warnings.

I got an idea, we create a monopoly for OCE CS2. All tournaments/qualifiers are operated by @dfragtv . the TO just gives them the info/format and date due. Dfrag schedule it and run it. To cover costs Dfrag takes a % of the prizepool to cover any staffing expenses the TO wont
