I purchased a windows hosting plan after being assured by godaddy staff i could register dll files on the server. Now they say i cannot and have to pay more to upgrade my plans. This is a very bad marketing scam. I want to cancel. I hate Godaddy now.

Worst customer service anywhere. Hadn’t looked at my account in five years yet they charged my account that I never authorized. Claimed they sent me an email that I never received. Can’t reason with them , they don’t care

Godaddy stole mony from my company! I paid $74.99 for a SSL renewal that I cannot use and that I cannot get a refund for! The representatives don't even know how to instruct me on how to properly set up the SSL with my hosting company anyways. What a total scam!!!!!!!!

I had a @GoDaddy @GoDaddyHelp agent on the 📞 today certifying me my website was on php7 (while I know it’s not)to have a 2nd agent telling me that I’m right I’m on php5.6, to have a 3rd agent telling me I need to pay 100$ if I want to get php7. Php7 came out in 2015. #outdated
