A3. Data Mgmt is the name of the game. Gov’t has a lot of data but w/o the right process it won’t generate enough value, & without value, the intel to fight fraud won’t be there. If the data is managed correctly it ‘s pure gold to fight fraud, inside the gov’t but also outside.
