@premium I was logged into the wrong account when I paid for XPro, having assumed it would - like Tweetdeck used to - cover both my accounts. Once my £100 was paid, I realised immediately this was not the case. I hoped it would be quick and easy to transfer
#XPro to the account I want to use it for (I don't even want it for both) but the crazy thing is that I cannot reach ANYONE at
@X. Instead, I am in the crazy-making land of your customer services chatbots. I am now £100 down and have literally nothing to show for it. I cannot afford £200. What do you suggest? Is there any chance that a human might read this and take pity on a paying customer?
