This Sunday thousands of people will take part in a nationwide march for Palestine, including in Meanjin/Brisbane, where I will proudly join them.
While the march across the Story Bridge has been denied by the courts, the event will still begin at 1pm in Raymond Park as planned.

Greens introduced an amendment to raise the amount people can earn while on Centrelink, expanding the income free area from $150 to $300 a fortnight. Both Labor & Liberals voted it down, even though it would help thousands of Australians & a measure the Libs supposedly supported.
