The stars did not align for the NV State Senate run I targeted. Hence, I will NOT be a Candidate this year. The ideals of the Forward Party live on, as will my commitment to those ideals. I thank you for your support and for Having The Courage To Change!

The Forward Party provided the platform for change, and I used it to publicly advocate for the ouster of our School Board Leader (he is out) and against giving $380M to the Oakland A’s for them to move to Vegas. Never Stop Having The Courage To Change!

I am a @FWD_NV Candidate for Nevada State Senate (D1) and I attended a lively debate on RCV at the monthly Hispanics in Politics (HIP) Meeting. The 43-year old HIP suggested more education on the issue. Once educated, I believe they have The Courage To Change!

Meanwhile a U.S. Senator said to me: “A problem is now worth more to us unsolved than solved because I can get you mad. I can raise money. I can get votes. If I try to solve the problem my job security goes down.” And we wonder why the problems get worse.

I met with N. Las Vegas Mayor Pamela Goynes-Brown today. She is the 1st black mayor EVER in Nevada. We shared ideas and discussed collaboration. No talk of Party...only about People. I'm running for State Senate in 2024. This is the way forward. Do you Have the Courage to Change?
