Our community is incredible & we are so grateful. Last year, we asked for help to raise $2M for a new CT. We never imagined how quickly you would rally. We received gifts from 621 donors, & $1M gift (anonymous). Because of YOU, GMCH will have a new CT by Spring! Thank you! πŸŽ‰πŸ€©πŸ₯³

Sneak Peek into the mobile CT trailer at GMCH! πŸ‘€πŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ‘©πŸ½β€βš•οΈ The mobile CT scanner is operational, as the old CT scanner is now out of service. This temporary solution will help ensure that CT imaging services continue while we work to replace our old CT with a new model.

Last week, Groves Hospital had the opportunity to host @healthpei including the Minister and Deputy Minister for the Department of Health and Wellness, to help support their redevelopment planning. A few members of our Senior Leadership team toured them around our hospital. (1/3)

Exciting things are happening at Groves! 🀩 We have reached a significant milestone in the process of upgrading our CT scanner, with the arrival of a mobile CT unit earlier this morning. This temporary solution will ensure that CT imaging services can continue (1/3)

While we work to replace the existing scanner with a new model. The installation of the new equipment, along with staff training on the upgraded technology, is expected to be completed by March. The mobile CT scanner is stationed at the hospital’s main entrance, (2/3)

On Friday, volunteers of the Green Legacy Program visited & collected seeds from our juniper trees. It is a Wellington County initiative to grow & distribute seedlings to residents. We were happy to host the visit & collaborate on this wonderful community initiative!🌲🌱🌿(1/2)
