Today we braved the cold to installed insect houses, planted winter flowers and our donated holly tree, plus we celebrated a birthday!
We also FINALLY installed our @The_RHS @BBCTheOneShow beautiful slate plaque remembering our lovely bit of filming last winter.

Grow Well sessions will resume from 8th April 2024, we have lots to look forward to and plugs/plants are just waiting for warm soil to settle into. The weather is still so changeable, tricky garden times!

It's a cold one today, but a beautiful blue sky! βοΈπ₯Ά
We'll be hunkering down in the shelter (heating included!) to do some mural painting & varnishing new garden benches! π¨
As St David's Day is approaching, we'll also have leek and potato soup to warm us up so wrap up! 10:30am

Our @Keep_Wales_Tidy new bench arrived at the garden this week, very nice!
We checked on our salads, refreshed baskets and looked at some inspirational art which will soon be brought out into the garden in a joint art project!
All in all a cracking Monday π

I managed to get to all the gardens this week to support sessions, we had pruning, building/DIY, hot soup, celebrated a birthday & enjoyed warm February sunshine ( built a hamster cage!πΉ)
How about joining a group for good company, vitamin D and exciting Spring plans ahead. C π

Lots of robin, starling, blackbird & sparrow action, plus a few others! ππ¦
Still a day left to sit & watch nature in your garden or local green space π

Busy Monday at our Dusty/ACE Grow Well garden, avoiding showers/winds by having a cuppa & planning for Spring.
We've also lifted the canopy of a woodland area we want to develop & temporarily planted up some heritage fruit trees. Thanks to @Keep_Wales_Tidy for the new trees ππ
