Reporters in Tel Aviv say Iranian mass attack is over for now. Limited damage done. But only thanks to Israeli air defence systems. Iranian attempt to overwhelm it with over 200 drones/missiles failed. If it had succeeded there would have been carnage in Israel tonight. Advance US intel on Iranian attack clearly hugely valuable to Israel. Attacks came out of Iran plus Tehran proxies in Syria and Yemen.

Though Water Resources East plan is not a statutory document will there be a response from Environment Agency. More objections to housing on the way? @EnvAgencyAnglia
Almost the only water in the Rhee is coming out of the Cat Ditch via an augumentation borehole at Slip End operated by Affinity Water, to the detriment of the Ivel Catchment. It is operating under a 1960's abstraction license that was way to generous.

Or hopefully Cambridgeshire mayor might mention in passing. You never know.
For my birthday a dear friend bought me an Emma Bridgewater mug. On the rim it states "chalk streams, sparkling, special & rare". Now my go to mug for morning coffee.
EA starting to cut up rough with Cambridge Water in their response to Resources Plan. "the water supply demands of large developments in combination with other planned growth, pose a significant risk of causing deterioration in the status of water bodies". Comments @SouthCambs?
Greater Cambridge Planning response to Cambridge Water Resources plan scambs.moderngov.co.uk/docum… Very Disappointing. Abstraction rates for chalk streams left to Environment Agency.
