Hey @fcpsnews assist parents & students w/ grading by staff. Many are weeks behind in grading & post to SIS. Timely feedback to understand mistakes is rare. When told don't bother me cause I'm grading (during classroom instruction) is opposite your work habit message this week.

Your definition of benefits of CB contract justifies a teacher telling students to "go away, I'm grading" during classroom instruction when they are seeking guidance? Or better yet, "be happy with that grade, I'm not explaining the reason."

Now that @fcpsnews is union based, instruction excludes providing timely and specific data on graded formative and summative work to the students to improve and learn. It's just log the scores into SIS and be done.

Hey @fcpsnews, SIS grade book is not up as the website states. My child has been assigned many tasks, a good thing. But if you want parents to partner with Schools, provide the resources you claim and get the 'tab' in ParentVue ASAP. @FFXParentsAssoc @DeAngelisCorey

Hey @fcpsnews, if you make 100% of students go thru weapons detection machines but allow teachers to sneak into a school with non detection machine entrances that defeats safety. Adults must be held to the same safety standards. @FFXParentsAssoc @usedgov @NickMinock
