I found this while sorting through some old belongings, and it instantly caught my attention. The design looks interesting, but I have no idea what it is or what it was originally used for.
I've shown it to several people, and everyone seems to have a different answer. Some recognize it from years ago, while others are completely stumped.

There is no reference in Law as to whether the hand is clenched into a fist. It’s purely down to whether the force is negligible or not. Now determining such a relatively subjective matter is difficult in low level incidents - whereas full on slaps or punches are easier

Almiron dived and was awarded a free kick and Tim Ream was booked for a foul.
Then, VAR stepped in for a “MISTAKEN IDENTITY” check
And VAR overturned Ream’s yellow card, and transferred the yellow card to Almiron😭😭😭
