While visiting Scapa Flow, CHARGER held a short service of remembrance at the wreck of HMS ROYAL OAK, where 833 sailors lost their lives. The oil from the wreck can still be seen rising to the surface to this day, a chilling reminder of the reality of conflict. @RNinScotland
