The final result is a small illustrated film about the making of a natural soap for dogs — playful, handmade, warm, and a little chaotic in the best way 🐶🧼 What I really enjoyed was the process: developing the graphic identity, testing shots, adjusting compositions, keeping the tone consistent, and slowly turning a simple idea into a complete narrative piece. One thing I find fascinating about AI filmmaking is how closely it mirrors a traditional animation pipeline. For Indelible, an animated short developed alongside my students' end-of-year 3D projects, I used @OiiOii_Official and @OiiOii_AI to build the production step by step. The process started with a script about an albino chameleon who is rejected because he cannot change color like the others. After a mysterious wish, he becomes the only colorful creature in a grayscale world—and the only one capable of bringing color back. From there, I followed the same stages I would expect in a real animated production: • Script development • Character design exploration • Environment design and worldbuilding • Visual development • Storyboarding • First-frame generation and shot planning What impressed me most is how quickly I could iterate between these stages while maintaining visual consistency across characters, locations, and key story moments. These images show the evolution of the project from script to character sheets, environment concepts, storyboards, and production frames.
