Your customer service is trash. We went to look to see if there were ANY OPTIONS left this weekend and the house you JUST cancelled (due to issues with the host) is back up for rent for DOUBLE THE PRICE?
If the quality assurance is so bad (all the reviews were great btw) then how are they allowed to cancel last minute and charge double? While we can’t even access the refund because it’s pending?
.@VikingCruises pretty shitty that the vouchers you gave us after our trip was cancelled March 2020 are non transferable. My family members aren't able to go anymore because of medical issues so now I...go alone and lose $15,000 ?? Makes NO sense. #myvikingcruise

@VikingCruises imma be sitting there on the deck like "Happy Birthday Grandm- oh...never mind... she's 97, can't travel anymore and her caretakers are my aunt and uncle, who's tickets weren't transferable".
