We're pleased to be achieving well across 2 separate red dairy breeds. In Dec ABVs our @aussieredcows achieved #2 for SI, #5 for BPI, & #8 for HWI. We also learned that our cows sired by Illawarra bulls topped the rankings for all of BPI, HWI, and SI for the Illawarra breed!

#GoodFriday reminds us of #Jesus' crucifixion to atone for sinners before #God. In history Hot Cross Buns variously date to 12th-14th Century. The sweet bread points 2 Christ's body, white paste crosses on top represent the cross, and the spices hint at his embalming. #butter
