Google Fitbit Air arrived today.

Do I need four wearables?
No.
Am I keeping all four forever?
Also no.
My WHOOP subscription is up in November, and unless it really changes my mind, that is probably the first one gone.
But I train a lot, I like digging into the data, and Iām curious how each device handles the stuff I actually care about:
Sleep
HRV/resting HR trends
Workout HR
Recovery/readiness
Training load
Comfort
Battery
App experience
Useful metrics vs. just more numbers to stare at
The more I read, the less I think there is one ābestā wearable.
Seems like every device is really good at some things and pretty questionable at others.
So Iām going to wear them, compare the data, compare the experience, and share what I learn.
