Proud recipient of the award for the best student paper/presentation at the @Twins_Congress 2023.
I presented our work, that shows that environmental #breastcancer risk leaves specific epigenetic marks on the DNA years prior to breast cancer diagnosis.

Me, teaching about my work as a researcher to a group of interested 9th graders at Botby elementary school. We were able to discuss in German, my mother language and a language widely taught in norther Europe. This gave additional value to the children.

My first paper is published.🥳
Age being a major risk factor for #cancer, we looked at biological #aging in twin pairs, where only one of the twins was diagnosed with cancer.
This project was supported by @CANCERPREV1 as part of @MSCActions.
