If I see one more LinkedIn or Instagram post about the pound crashing accompanied by emojis because the "bank of England is spooked š»" I'm going to lose my shit. We're being led by the incompetent into further economic and political ruin, take it seriously.

Senator Tim Scott (R-SC) just introduced a national bill that would forcibly out transgender students if they want to go by a different name, pronouns, use the bathroom, etc.
This would apply to ALL public schools. It will not pass, but they are signaling intent for 2024.
ALT 12 SEC. 3. REQUIREMENT RELATED TO GENDER MARKERS, 13 PRONOUNS, AND PREFERRED NAMES ON 14 SCHOOL FORMS. 15 As a condition of receiving Federal funds, any ele16 mentary school (as such term is defined in section 8101 17 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 18 (20 U.S.C. 7801)) or school that consists of only middle 19 grades (as such term is defined in such section), that re20 ceives Federal funds shall be required to obtain parental 21 consent beforeā 22 (1) changing a minor childās gender markers, 23 pronouns, or preferred name on any school form; or 4 BOM22561 N03 S.L.C. 1 (2) allowing a child to change the childās sex2 based accommodations, including locker rooms or 3 bathrooms.

There's a unique feeling to entering @iamdapperdame stream. A consistent and beautiful vibe of lowkey calm, mixed with lofi plants and genuine laughs Ive really come to treasure the few minutes a day I can afford to spend in the digital garden that is DDās stream. So thank you.

@ADHDaurora Just an absolutely lovely companion stream to have on and quietly engage in whilst other things are going on. One of the most genuine streamers ive ever seen and a pleasure to share a community with. Ive learnt so much information i will never use, so thank you.

Ive not been as consistently proud of any streamer as I have of @amisometimes, she seems to always be swinging from strength to strength and that output has inspired me often. Not many people see the work but I think I do and the excitement never dips. How can you not love Ami?

My most viewed channel by FAR, @valenvain is a man of uncompromising quality. TIāve not met many people as willing to learn, listen, reflect and change and that is reflected in his audience. Genuinely fearless and a good friend.

Today is my little sisters birthday. At 21 she flew to Ghana and set up a charity and has been working at it for 6 years making a huge difference, building schools and other necessary infrastructure alongside a beautiful life.
