For anyone who disagrees with teachers striking... Let me tell you about growing up with a mum who was a primary school teacher. She left the house at 7.30am, got home around 6pm. She spent the evenings marking work, preparing lessons and cutting out displays. (1)

2022 step challenge final count = 274,220. I may have not made it to my goal but seeing as I had covid followed by flu I stopped expecting too. Instead I’ve developed a habit and a drive to walk everyday. So now I’m setting myself my next step challenge to take me through winter.

The only time I know of, in the long calendar year, when men and women seem by one consent to open their shut-up hearts freely, and to think of people below them as if they really were fellow-passengers to the grave, and not another race of creatures bound on other journeys.
We are always so over whelmed with the generosity of the Bolton community especially at Christmas time! ❤🎄 Huge thank you to all who have supported us which has ensured we are able to provide our families in both the refuge and within the community a special Christmas gift.❤

Decided to set myself a challenge to get moving this winter. Been terrible this year for exercising. So hoping to start next year with a head start. Starting tomorrow (November 1st) until New Year I am aiming to walk 300,000 steps. Be ready for photos of walks 😝 🥾🌲🍂
