- Mana growth reduced from 50 to 40
- Mana regen growth increased from .5 to .8
- P ult cooldown refund changed from 5 seconds flat to 25% remaining cooldown
- Q mana cost changed from 45 flat to 40 - 80

this person duos w/ smurf and loses every game, demotes into e1, then the smurf logs onto the acc to win 2 games to get it back to d4 and then they duo again, lose, demote to e1, and repeat. its insane LMFAO.
