Congrats to former player Ashley (Hagemann) Ford on her induction into the Nebraska High School Sports Hall of Fame. She led the Antlers to four straight Class B softball titles (2004-2007) and was a two time Gatorade Player of the Year. Life is Good! 🥎❤️

“EVERYTHING IS FIGUREOUTABLE” Growing up, my dad always told me, “Everything is figureoutable,” and that there is no excuse not to get work in. @_coachrachel preaches it daily‼️ Anything is possible—you just have to figure it out. If you can’t get to the field (or if it’s covered in snow like mine), find a wall and get to work. As a kid (and currently), I’d throw a ball against my basement wall, basically playing wall ball alone. Over time, my footwork naturally improved and became faster. I made it intentional, adding challenges with my dad to create pressure.
