Cleared tissue ASLM is online:

It enables isotropic, subcellular resolution over large field of views and is compatible with all clearing techniques (n=1.33-1.559). We use ctASLM to image mouse brains, kidneys and bone marrow. Image shows stem cell niche.

I take a bag and put the following ingredients to travel to Peru to make a contribution for the equilibrium of science (not only a phenomenon known from physics). Mostly set to bring #OpenUc2 to Peru. Hopefully the air in the andes makes the in-line holographic imaging possible

The Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences has decided to award the #NobelPrize in Physics 2018 “for groundbreaking inventions in the field of laser physics” with one half to Arthur Ashkin and the other half jointly to Gérard Mourou and Donna Strickland.
