Get a pay rise like Doctors or consultants yet #nurses work harder and deserve a #payrise all I ask is hold back another year then decide to strike i know how hard you work i also know your under staffed your in a caring position don’t strike yet please we need to get wait down.

Our #NHS is in a mess #DoctorsStrikes now this was meant to have been sorted when they got a huge #payRise it hasn’t brought down the waiting list their in a caring position so just stop the #strikes for now. I also plead with the #nurses not to strike of course they didn’t
