2/ For over decade @ToneVays been very CONSISTENT about BTC's:
a) Censorship Resistance
b) Permissionless
c) Immutability

You filed a $15B civil forfeiture claim. Anyone can file a forfeiture claim. FILING a claim vs seizing CONTROL of the coins are very different.

I'm asking because I do not see clear evidence in the Indictment, Forfeiture claim, or press release to show the FBI has CONTROL of the BTC.
In the Silk Road w/@RealRossU it is very clear how the FBI & took CONTROL of his private keys before he had a chance to close his laptop.

I've been in prison for nearly 14 yrs & have plenty of experience with criminals. I've met @rogerkver in person & do not believe he is a criminal & does not deserve to be in prison.
