Purchased a laptop from @dellUK on Feb 1st it still hasn't arrived 4 months later. Customer service told me that the laptop is ‘lost in the warehouse’ and raised an incident. Tried escalating, no joy! Totally unacceptable and very poor service. #wheresmylaptop
