A good question that @SwissRamble tried to answer in their Substack.
I thought I, as an auditor, would go over their work and give some of my thoughts in the thread below

I’m not a tech person so maybe this is dumb but isnt it easier to create a “children’s phone” at point of sale so you get a phone with built-in restrictions rather than asking every single person in the country whether they are over 16 or not through hackable digital ID software?

- "User-to-user" apps where people create, share and interact with content (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, X, Facebook) will be banned for under-16s
- WhatsApp, Signal and YouTube Kids will be exempt
- Under-16s will also be banned from livestreaming, messaging strangers on gaming apps like Discord and using disappearing messages
- 16 and 17 year olds will face nightly social media curfews and limits on infinite scrolling with more details next month
- AI "romantic companion" chatbots will be banned for under-18s
- Adults can still access social media through age checks like facial recognition, digital IDs, passports and credit cards

What's being promoted as a 'social media ban for children', is really an ID check for every adult.

Chelsea have made enquiries regarding Lewis Hall’s situation, with club officials assessing whether they should enter the race to bring the England youth international back to Stamford Bridge.
The prospect of a homecoming is viewed internally as an intriguing option given Hall’s familiarity with the club, Premier League experience and long-term potential.

Sources claim Xabi Alonso is already aware of how well Hato did and likes what he sees. The manner in which Hato bounced back from the disappointment of his early months at Stamford Bridge could be a sign of the kind of ‘mentality monster’ the club and Alonso want to have going forward. Minor point but Cucurella's sale is not "revenue"
It is other operating income - different FSA
Simple maths will tell you we’re on course to make close to £700m in gross revenue for 25/26 before Cucu’s sale. CL money, CWC, £294m player sales, PL money, Nike and tons more.
They’re doing the deal now as Real wanted it done quickly before Spain’s WC started & are doing business early.
The money will likely go on the 26/27 books which officially start next month.
Nothing more simple than that. LOL.

Enzo Fernandez is keen to join Marc Cucurella at Real Madrid, and has made no secret of wanting to leave Chelsea.
Chelsea's asking price remains £120m, as revealed last month. Club calm about the situation, but will sell at the right price.
Real Madrid are currently deciding on the type of midfield profile they want.
