Hope some might find this overview revision resource for Key Topic 2 of the Cold War Edexcel topic useful for students. It can be set independently (cover, homework etc) or teachers can use it to guide students through the topic in a revision lesson. tes.com/teaching-resource/re…

How did the Nazis indoctrinate the youth? Developed some resources to help teach youth in Nazi Germany. I love a good source - a mix of pictorial and written sources #historyteacher
Today, we honor the birth of Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, born on September 21, 1909. As Ghana’s first President and a pivotal figure in the nation’s independence, Nkrumah’s legacy of leadership and Pan-Africanism continues to inspire.
Back at it and back trying to solve homework at KS3. We wanted something meaningful, easy to set and rooted in historical skills = the ‘All Four One’ homework. One glued in sheet, 4 Individual tasks that can be set stand alone/together, from reading to source work.#historyteacher

We’ve used the ‘Alphabet Recall’ sheet across KS3-5. The format is accessible/rigorous with students considering both the concept matching ‘fingertip’ knowledge. The addition of colour coding questions to topics further extends recall. #historyteacherdocs.google.com/file/d/1t4rK…
