He reaffirmed Congress's bipartisan support for providing additional assistance and holding individuals involved in these abductions accountable, including through his Ukraine Support Act, which passed the House last week.

Trump promised no new wars and to lower costs for the American people. Then he launched a war of choice in Iran and sent inflation and energy costs soaring. The American people deserve better.

RM @RepGregoryMeeks: The future of Colombia must be decided by the Colombian people—not Donald Trump or any foreign government trying to tip the scales.

In 2015 the JCPOA stated explicitly that "under no circumstances will Iran ever seek, develop or ACQUIRE any nuclear weapons." Now after ripping up that deal and launching a massively costly war of choice, Trump's just reviving that same language in a "new" deal.

The Trump admin's Cuba policy remains trapped in the past. More sanctions, more isolation, more suffering—but no serious plan to empower the Cuban people or prevent state collapse in our own hemisphere. Lift the oil blockade. Reverse 6 decades of failed policy.

Trump, Musk and Rubio slashed aid and scoffed that it was woke nonsense. Now they're seeing that it not only saved one life every 10 seconds but also protected us from diseases like Ebola. Their actions constituted a security failure as well as a moral one. More broadly, their fecklessness contrasts with the courage and humanity of doctors and aid workers in Congo and Uganda, lacking adequate PPE but still risking the virus to care for fellow humans. Nothing says “Make America Healthy Again” like cutting foreign aid programs that would prevent flesh-eating insects like these from infesting our livestock and making us sick.

The House passage of the Ukraine Support Act was a victory for Ukraine, the United States, freedom, and international law.
