Building @webex bots that need to live behind the firewall? I’ve worked with @PubNub to create a reference design tha uses PubNub channels to traverse the firewall.

One of the best things to happen to our campaigns was the introduction of weekly "retrospective" surveys after every session. Players answer a series of questions about the game, and the DM uses it to ensure the game is staying fun for everyone. We use @HowdyAI in Slack:
