Within just the last five years, ancient DNA has transformed our view of Bronze Age Britain. New DNA evidence has shown significant cultural differences between the remote Orkney islands to the north of Scotland and the rest of the British Isles.
We will discuss our new DNA results from Bronze Age Orkney and how they contrast with the bigger picture of British prehistory and ancestry.
