Identifying isolates is usually straightforward but issues sometimes arise. For example, a plate that looks like a pure culture when shipped to us may have more than one colony morphology on arrival. We'll always explain any issues and advise on options: ow.ly/1zZx50MUesA

We are moving to a new building and we couldn't be more excited about it! @NCIMBSam has taken some bugs down to see how their new home is progressing. Our bugs can do amazing things, but I'm not sure they should have those tools 😬.
