This is the moment the portrait was revealed last night of @JulesLewis6 , our Ambassador, @bbcarts #extraordinaryportraits @BillBailey Jules took her family with her, and also Hannah, the daughter of Jules’ best friend who sadly died in 2019. It was an incredibly emotional moment seeing the daffodils in the painting, as these were Hannah’s mum’s favourite flower. Jules said; ‘when you lose someone you love you don’t think you are going to ever smile or laugh again, but you do. She wanted to show there is #hope, and with kindness and compassion, there is a way forward.
