Again…if the Heat lose out on Giannis it’s THEIR fault. Yes, players like Jaylen brown and Paolo are better but the Heat have done nothing in the last few years to stockpile assets
They always need “luck” to land a whale because they don’t know how to run a team in today’s NBA

The front office is full of idiots. If you had a feeling Giannis would be available again in the offseason, why didn’t you collect more assets to prepare for this moment ? Kept players like Norm and Wigs for what? Why make a play-in push instead of trying to get a higher pick?

Mercadona pasa de 30 a 37 días de vacaciones para 110.000 trabajadores. Una semana más, todos los años, a partir de 2026.
El Estatuto de los Trabajadores fija el mínimo legal en 30 días naturales (artículo 38). Ese es el suelo que cumple casi todo el mundo. Mercadona se sube siete días por encima, en España y Portugal, con un coste de 100 millones al año.
Lo interesante para el resto de trabajadores es lo que esto deja a la vista: las vacaciones son un mínimo legal, pero por encima de ese mínimo todo es negociable.
