Today marks the 5 year anniversary of my kitty, Hypnotic, passing away. She's part of the inspiration for my channel mascot, Hyperion. I don't think I'll ever stop missing her.

He turned 1 and it's like he's a whole different child. Crying instead of hand gestures or indicative sounds to communicate. And it's turned into air vibrating wails, like his lungs vocal cords got an upgrade.

Tomorrow is my first day back at work after 4.5 months of maternity leave. Shouldn't be too demanding, but I still have the feeling that I'm not prepared and it's causing some mild panic.

Been a wild ride with the LO tonight. A few things calm him down for a little bit, but quickly gets fussy again. It's so physically and emotionally draining. I think he might be down now, hopefully for a few hours 🤞🏻

Never did I ever think I'd have a personal use for binder rings. Ugh. On general principle, I don't like that they don't have a more solid closing mechanism, but, alas, the open-and-close feature is what I need now. But I also am loathe to spend my own money on them, lol

My little is over 3 weeks old and I've finally come up with a pumping/sleeping/eating schedule. For myself. His needs will supercede whatever I've put on paper, but it'll be a good reminder of what I should be doing when, also. I've been so scattered these past few weeks

I basically just switched which calendar program ruled my day. The biggest difference between @Outlook and the #Huckleberry app is that Outlook only ruled my day from 9am to 6pm, while Huckleberry is 24/7
