I have been a bit quiet here lately, but I have stayed busy. For the last 14 Months I I've been renovating my first home. An 1857 Philadelphia Rowhome that was on the verge of collapse. I am very proud of this 14 month recap video I put together. Give it a watch.

@Hythacg I’m visiting my BIL in NY and his coffee table book is this masterpiece. Outstanding and beautiful work. I’ve literally spent hours capturing a few iPhone shots and reading almost every word. I also love the backstory of the powerbrokers and politics.

My goal at the start of 2024 was to take YouTube seriously. I wrote 5,000 subscribers, then got scared and reduced the goal to 3,000 subs. Very proud to be at 39k at the close of the year. Very grateful for the house that made it happen

I feel like an idiot for clicking anything on that site, but I think the real damage is done if you install the program, which thankfully I did not. It was the precieved athenticity of the X profile that led me deeper than I would have liked into this.

Upon further research, Bernie posted on LinkedIn about joining Blue Sky, which further invalidates the X account. If anything, this experience taught me to be more thorough in my vetting process.

Please let me know if there is any risk of having downloaded the installer to my Mac, but not running the installation. I signed out of MM, and have not lost anything, but you can never be too careful.
