Good news, DE! 🩵 The Fair Standards in Mental Health Care Act passed both houses and is ready for the Governor’s desk! Mental healthcare deserves the same urgency as physical healthcare—SB 22 is one signature away from securing fewer denials and fairer coverage for DE families! @RepMinor @BryanTownsendDE #RepKendraJohnson

No longer will New Yorkers be unable to zoom with their mental health provider if they are out-of-state for work, college or vacation. Common sense legislation that supports wellness and prevents suicide. Big win for our residents.
Good news! The NY Senate and Assembly have passed A.6744 This bill allows NY to join PSYPACT, so licensed psychologists can provide quality virtual mental healthcare across state lines. Thank you, Sen. @JamesSkoufis and Asm. @tonysimone for sponsoring. Next stop, the Governor’s desk! 🖋️

$147,000 bill. Two months of fighting. A family in crisis shouldn't have to battle their insurance to get coverage for the care their kid already received. insact.us/4oi8tOR #CareThatsFair #MentalHealthIsHealth

Postcard from the road ✉️ This month, #TeamInseparable showed up where it counts — at the Mother's Day rally for #KOSA, in a Wyoming hearing room, in Albany defending Timothy's Law, and across the conversations that quietly move policy forward. Because change doesn't happen in a vacuum. It happens one room at a time.

"Insurance only covered a certain number of sessions. How is that even fair?" It isn't. Mental health is health — coverage should match the need. carethatsfair.us #CareThatsFair

Good mental healthcare should be easy to get and easy to afford; @RepPaulTonko has fought for fair mental healthcare for 20 years. "In the richest nation in the world, no one should have to struggle without access to the care they need.” Full statement here: insact.us/4u53t1d
