The Institute of Christ the King Sovereign Priest is dedicated to giving glory and honor to Almighty God and to forming holy priests in the service of souls.
On Sunday, June 7, we were blessed with beautiful weather for a Procession for the External Solemnity of Corpus Christi around DeSales Park after High Mass. It was the last Mass of the season for our Cappella and we thank them for singing Sept-June each year!
Today, the stunning Sacred Heart statue at Sacred Heart Retreat Center was solemnly blessed by Msgr. Gilles Wach, Prior General of the @ICKSP and in the company of the Institute Canons, Seminarians, Oblates, Sister Adorers, and members of the Society of the Sacred Heart.

Canon Moreau suffered a medical emergency during and after Holy Mass. In great physical distress, he prayed for "only the strength necessary to finish the Mass," and, out of love for his vocation and the Blessed Sacrament, completed the liturgy before seeking emergency care.
