The icksp and fssp have no problems establishing apostolates. More and more bishops are celebrating TLM. It was never about the TLM for SSPX. The TLM will live forever and will be restored by working with Rome.

Let's not hold our breath for the ICKSP, which operates in Detroit per a special exemption by the archbishop, to say anything.

Not knowing the New Mass doesn't make one irregular in any canonical or theological sense. He could be ICKSP or IBP, or a Byzantine with biritual faculties who learned the Old Mass to meet a pastoral need, or any number of other things.
