So, I did a thing!! I created and published a journal for high achieving Black women in response to our unmet mental health care needs! 😭 Filled with psycho education, mood trackers, goal writing, and cognitive journaling prompts! Literally a dream come true!
Birthing individuals of color or the least likely to receive treatment. When one suffer we all eventually will. This is a Worldwide issue that certainly deserves more attention. Conversations around mental health in the Pre and Postpartum period should be mandatory not optional
