Selection of DST INSPIRE Faculty is done by INSA (Indian National Science Academy) : INSA does not aware of Requirements & Standards of IIT and Central University of INDIA .....might be confused with PAKISTAN? @HRDMinistry

DST can't play with the career of INSPIRE Faculties. Everyone -DST, host are ready to exploit IFs, but not ready to give them permanent position! Wah Ji! This can't go for ever. You have to giv ethem permanent position or make UGC-FRP like scheme.

They have solution.. they do not want to solve it.. they have even lied to MHRD minister that this not faculty scheme, its fellowship.. are they not knowing that fellows cannot guide PhDs? IFs are guiding PhDs and much better that whoom they gave regular job

So much true.. DST is a big liar! DST is launching each and everyday new schemes, but doesn't look after what has happened to the old ones. Is it called policy making? Shame on DST
