How does CMS work?
E.g., users request a service and get a clear notice on data use and their rights. They give explicit, purpose-specific consent. The system validates their choice, logs it as a secure Consent Artifact, and syncs consent status in real time for verification.

· A dashboard for users to see a full history of every consent they have given, modified, or withdrawn.
· The ability to withdraw consent for one purpose without affecting others.
