Our national awareness campaign 'My Neurology Nurse and Me' ran throughout and alongside Brain Awareness Week. The initiative highlighted the vital role of nurse specialists in neurology care. Specialist neurology nurses are at the heart of neurological services, providing expert clinical support, educating and empowering patients, and improving outcomes for people with neurological conditions. They are transforming care for those with neurological conditions and their familes, as well as saving money and freeing up hospital beds. The campaign led by the Neurological Alliance of Ireland (NAI) was supported by 16 amazing partners. They all worked tireslessly throughout the week to raise awareness, provide information, and spread the key message to the wider community. The NAI are proud to call you all our partners 💜 Full information about the #myneurologynurseandme campaign can be found at nai.ie
