20 years of Political Dialogue btwn EU national Parliaments and the European Commission. The "Barroso initiative" was launched on 12/5/2006 and since then 8779 opinions have been uploaded by NPs on IPEX. The high number of opinions validates this initiative's success. #ipexeu
