IPTOP MCR Dennis spent part of his holiday in Chile visiting Fernanda Calvo, the physio whose team won the World PT Day 2025 IPTOP video competition. What he found at Pontificia Universidad Católica was a faculty where education, research, and healthy aging are inseparable.
On 30 May, during the final day of @PhysioCan Congress, the 11 founding member organisations of World Physiotherapy came together in Halifax for a day focused on connection, reflection, and looking to the future for the 129 member organisations within our global community.

Congratulations Dennis Boer, MCR the Netherlands. He defended his PhD thesis March 19, at Leiden University. His thesis studied the topic of exercise for nursing home residents with dementia. Results suggest the program is safe for further testing. buff.ly/dM4gn3v
