The orange jumpsuit is a look...👀
I have just visited the vitally important INEOS plant in Grangemouth. Government policies are threatening its very survival.

As Tom should know, you really couldn't make it up because it's the Scottish Parliament's own system which determines the proportionality: spice-spotlight.scot/2026/05…
🧵You couldn't make it up. Amid the Peter Murrell and Indyref2 funding scandals, the SNP is proposing to take control of the Holyrood committees dealing with finance, criminal justice and public service reform by having its MSPs as both the convener and deputy convener..

"Looking to a future beyond the constraints of the Union."
Historic change is happening. For the first time ever, there could be three nationalist, pro-Independence First Ministers across these islands. The demand for independence is growing.

Hutcheon of the Daily Record here making positive sounds about independence... ...for Scottish Labour from UK Labour. 🤦🏻‍♂️
Anas Sarwar never stood a chance in the Holyrood election as he was judged in relation to Keir Starmer. This defeat should raise profound questions about the link between Scottish and UK Labour.

The choice on Thursday is simple. An SNP government that will lower your bills, or opposition parties that want to stop us and hold Scotland back.

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Polls are showing momentum is with the SNP, and a majority is within touching distance. But, and it’s a big but, it will only happen if everyone who wants it votes for it. Be part of history - if there is one thing you do - remind SNP voters to vote on Thursday 7th May.

Scotland doesn't need the scraps from Westminster's table - we need control of our own energy.
Before the war in Iran I made clear: it is only fair that we have a windfall tax when energy companies make windfall profits, so we can help families with the cost of living. The Tories, Reform, SNP all oppose it. Only this Labour government stands up for working people.

And you'd have thought the Prime Minister would understand his own policies... 👀

One of the biggest problems any government or local authority faces is the legacy that's left by decisions made in the past. For the SNP, that was Labour/LibDem decisions from 1999 to 2007, and Westminster decisions for hundreds of years before that. Perspective matters.
Two decades of governing Scotland. 10,000 children stuck in temporary accommodation. Always someone else’s fault. The perfect demonstration of why Scotland needs change with @ScottishLabour 🌹

And we still have to contend with Westminster interference on a daily basis. Yet access to services, housing and an NHS that works is available in Scotland, where it isn't in the rest of the UK - where Labour is currently in administration. Make of that what you will.

It's a fact that Labour will need Reform to help prop up any government... This is simply performative nonsense. Vote both votes @theSNP for a majority SNP government that will lock Westminster interference out of Scotland for good. A government that's on Scotland's side.
With less than 20 days to go to end 20 years of SNP failure, people across Scotland are voting @ScottishLabour to deliver change. Return your postal vote today with both votes for Scottish Labour to beat the SNP, reject Reform, and build a better future for Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

So... Either Keir Starmer did know and he's lying about it, or he genuinely didn't know, meaning he's not in control of his own government. Either way this should be the end of Starmer.

That's a nice graphic you've got there... It'd be a shame if there were news articles from 2025 saying exactly what is being said now... 👀
Not so ‘Honest John’ now I guess.

Under the SNP, people in Scotland get the best cost of living support in the UK. But I want us to do more, and that’s what our manifesto is about. Tomorrow I will set out how we can put more money in people’s pockets, improve our NHS and deliver the fresh start of independence.

This is the future if you vote Labour or Reform: a nasty, undemocratic coalition of chaos.
The leaders of Scottish Labour and Reform in Scotland are both accusing each other of lying following some fiery exchanges at our leader’s debate last night.
